
My story
All my life I have struggled with my weight. When I was in 8th grade I decided that joining football was the only way I was going to get in shape and get that 6 pack I always dreamed. Although I love football and everything that came with it. It still did not get me the body I always dreamed of. About 2 years After my collegiate days of playing football was when I woke up one day and I looked in the mirror and couldn't even recognize the person that was looking me back in the face. I had gained 70 plus pounds and just felt and looked like crap! I couldn't believe that I let myself go this bad. On that day I decided that I wasn't going to let this continue. I started by doing the same workouts that I had always done when I played football. It worked I loss 5-8 pounds the first month. I then thought to myself if I wanted to really change into something someone different I needed to change the way I workout and eat. I decided to study and research any and everything I could find about nutrition and fitness. I put in about 4,500 plus hours of studying. I tested every diet and workout plan that i could. Some worked for a while but never long lasting. I was just about to give up until I came across something called "HIIT"(High Intensity interval Training). Finding this style of workouts changed my life for ever. After about one month of doing "HIIT" workouts I loss close too 30 pounds. I knew right then that "HIIT" was my way out of the "fat zone". It wasn't until I found the "Keto" diet to compliment my workouts, is when the game changed for me. I loss about anther 40 pounds mixing "HIIT" & "Keto". I have tons of energy I feel great all the time, I have a whole other level of mental clarity. I can't express enough how positive deciding to change my life in this way has made on me. My sole focus now is to help you feel this good and achieve your weight loss goal.
